I have years of experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression and much more...

I can promise a kind and compassionate approach which offers a simple and clear way to understand your sessions, with no convoluted psychobabble to wade through. Psychotherapy and counselling from the Human Givens approach always focuses on helping you feel better as quickly as possible.

I’m a trustee with, “I’m Fine”, a charity working with and supporting 15 to 25 year old people with ASD, and young people with mental health issues transitioning from care, foster care, supported living or hospital settings, into the wider community.

I have also volunteered for over 5 years, facilitating groups with “Man Down”, a men’s mental health charity which is helping to destigmatise men’s mental health problems and raising awareness around male suicide.

I’m able to offer therapy through PTSD resolution, a veterans charity working with ex-servicemen and woman and their families. This is a Human Givens supported charity giving free therapy to veterans and their families.

"Each person is an individual. Hence psychotherapy should be formulated to meet through uniqueness of the individuals needs, rather than tailoring the person to fit the procrustean bed of a hypothetical theory of human behaviour."
